Acceptable Use Policy

Logic’s Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is set forth below. All users of Logic’s services and network, including Logic customers and their end users must comply with the AUP. Logic may terminate or suspend service for any violation of the AUP at its sole discretion. Violations may result in criminal and civil liability. Logic will investigate incidents involving violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected.

Logic requests that anyone who believes that there is a violation of this AUP direct the information to the Abuse Department at abuse@logic.bm

Logic reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted on Logic’s web site.
